Description

Healthy Connections will be hosted at Rocky Mount Family YMCA and will include Panel Sessions discussing Health and Nutrition, Local Vendors, Education on Nutrition as well as Body Movement Moments. A Healthy Breakfast will be served along with its nutritional value.
