The bonus.... you will hear from those individuals as well speak to what they have gained from being a part of these social conscious companies.

What you will gain from attending is how to tap into an underutilized workforce – individuals with disabilities and disadvantages. This remarkable initiative has been designed to aid local employers in overcoming staffing shortages by tapping into a highly promising group.

  • Hear from self-advocates with IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) who are currently employed in the industry
  • Network with other employers in the same industry who are actively seeking to strengthen their workforce,
