Founded by the dynamic husband and wife team, Joanne Saget and Anthony Cunningham, our Kafe is celebrated for serving the most exquisite Haitian patties on the entire East Coast. Every dish we create is a labor of love, prepared daily with unwavering authenticity.
Joanne Saget's journey in the United States began at the tender age of seven, settling with her parents and beloved grandmother in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. It was here that "Grandmere Dia" introduced young Joanne to the intricate art of crafting the perfect patty dough, a cherished tradition in their family.
