This event will go over Advanced Care Planning, Care Coordination, and Prevention & Education. We will have a panel discussion with leaders of the medical field. Our host sponsor for this event is Word Tabernacle Church / The Impact Center. A healthy continental breakfast will be served. There will also be vendors onsite.
