Have time on your calendar but no energy to use it? Getting things done but feeling stretched thin? Available hours do not equal available capacity. Your capacity shifts with the demands you're carrying across time, money, environment, and well-being. Your capacity is trying to tell you something. Overwhelm leaves clues. In this interactive Lunch & Learn, you'll learn to read them and change the conditions behind the strain.

You'll:

• Discover why free time can still feel unusable.
• Spot signs you're carrying too much.
• Understand the hidden cost of piled-up demands, your Bandwidth Tax.
• Learn what needs action, what supports you, what can wait & what you can let go.
• Leave with one practical move to ease the strain.

Copies of Overwhelm Leaves Clues and the Companion Workbook will be available for sale. Special Chamber pricing: $40 for the set.
