Administrative Operations Manager

Emerald Asset Management – Rocky Mount, NC


Emerald Asset Management, Inc. is a boutique Registered Investment Advisory firm that manages money and provides financial advice to high-net-worth clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Operations Coordinator to support our growing team. Our firm values discipline, clarity, and a commitment to excellence, offering a collaborative and rewarding environment for professionals looking to grow in the financial industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, client communications, and     document management.
  • Ensure smooth office operations with a focus on efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with client onboarding, maintain accurate records, and manage the CRM database.
  • Support financial tasks such as processing paperwork and generating reports.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative or operations roles within the financial services industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present  information effectively to clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • General knowledge of financial industry regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not necessary for the right candidate.
