Insurance Client Relationship Manager
Job Title: Insurance Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
Company: Landmark Financial Services, L.L.C.
Location: Rocky Mount, NC
Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Compensation: $17 - $25 per hour (based on experience) + Bonus Potential
Hours: M-F, 9 AM - 1 PM (potentially expanding to 2 PM in 2026)

Landmark Financial Services, L.L.C. is a 30-year-old executive and employee benefits planning firm dedicated to providing custom financial plans for individuals and businesses. Our independent, brand-neutral approach emphasizes exceptional customer service and long-lasting relationships.
Role Description:
We are seeking a proactive Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to develop and maintain strong client relationships. This part-time role involves scheduling appointments, managing our Google calendar, updating CRM records, overseeing social media promotions, and preparing meeting materials for financial advisor..
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule a minimum of three annual review appointments daily with clients and prospects.
• Manage the company Google calendar and update CRM software (AgencyBloc).
• Oversee social media promotions on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter (X).
• Prepare client meeting folders for financial advisors.
• Collaborate with the company president to enhance client satisfaction and office efficiency.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years in customer service or relationship management.
• 2 years of successful outgoing phone appointment setting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
• Life and Health Insurance license in NC preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
