As a highly motivated Restaurant Operations Support Team member, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth restaurant operations and accurate payroll processing. Key Responsibilities


Operations Support:

  • Act as an extension of ownership in daily decision support and execution
  • Proactively identify issues, inefficiencies, and gaps—and solve them without being asked
  • Drive projects and priorities forward with minimal oversight
  • Build, improve, and maintain systems that create structure and consistency

Administrative & Executive Support:

  • Own calendar, scheduling, and communication flow to protect leadership’s time
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and action items with disciplined follow-through
  • Prepare clear, concise reports and internal communications
  • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Human Resources Support:

  • Maintain organized employee records and payroll files
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and basic compliance tracking
  • Support communication between leadership and team members

Team & Culture Support:

  • Reinforce a culture of accountability, organization, and professionalism
  • Support team communication and alignment across the operation
  • Step in wherever needed to support the business
  • Support a positive, accountable team environment through organization and communication
  • Coordinate small initiatives that reinforce team culture and morale
  • Assist with occasional in-store needs or errands as required


Qualifications

  • Proven track record in operations support or executive assistance roles
  • Exceptional organizational skills with relentless follow-through and attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently with high discretion and professionalism
  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations preferred
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
