Joanne Saget's journey in the United States began at the tender age of seven, settling with her parents and beloved grandmother in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. It was here that "Grandmere Dia" introduced young Joanne to the intricate art of crafting the perfect patty dough, a cherished tradition in their family.
