RALEIGH, N.C. (June 22, 2026) ­­– First Carolina Financial Services, Inc. (“First Carolina” or the “Company”), the holding company for First Carolina Bank (“Bank”), announced that it had the distinct opportunity to visit the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) last week in celebration of its initial public offering (“IPO”). The Company’s Chairman, President, and CEO, Ron Day, led the occasion by ringing the bell for the Company’s first trade and then the closing bell on Thursday, joined by members of the executive leadership team and representatives from the Board of Directors.
