Nash Community College Celebrates Administrative Professionals

ROCKY MOUNT, North Carolina (Apr. 30, 2025) – In celebration of Administrative Professionals Week, Nash Community College President Dr. Lew K. Hunnicutt hosted a special luncheon on Friday, April 25, to honor the dedication and contributions of the college’s professional administrative staff.

Twelve administrative professionals joined Dr. Hunnicutt for a time of fellowship and appreciation. The luncheon recognized their vital role in the college's daily operations and overall success. As a gesture of gratitude, each attendee received a flower, symbolizing appreciation and respect.

Dr. Hunnicutt wore yellow, a color representing warmth and good cheer, in tribute to the professionalism and commitment of these essential team members.

“This event was a small way to say thank you for the big impact our administrative professionals make every day,” said Dr. Hunnicutt.
